Berlin Patten Ebling

The previous dark and dated office building transformed into an airy open space. The design splits the office into two primary zones-public and private. The front public zone is lined with tall windows welcoming natural daylight. It contains a waiting area, reception desk with client refreshments, a large conference room with a glass partition that accordion folds to expand/separate the space, and smaller conference rooms for private client appointments that are equipped with acoustical materials to ensure client confidentiality. A mezzanine connects the public zone to the private zone. The private zone houses staff workspaces. Closed offices separated by glass walls surround the open workspaces. Additionally, daylight pours into the zone from an above window topped with an exposed ceiling.

The new Berlin Patten Ebling St. Petersburg office achieved the goal of repurposing an old building with strategic space planning and achieved an upscale contemporary look to match their brand.
