When Bader Rutter planned its move to downtown Milwaukee, they chose to move into an iconic existing cream city brick building, which the developer was expanding with a PRA designed contemporary addition. Bader Rutter was looking to create a relaxed and creative environment that supported their expanding marketing business.
Read morePRA worked to ensure the new design was cohesive with the historic portion of the building by selecting design elements and materials that recalled the raw, industrial quality of the original while reinterpreting them in the new space. PRA also worked with Bader Rutter to create an “agile” workplace where employees are no longer in private offices or tethered to their desks, but are encouraged to move around to various work environments designed to accommodate the needs of each employee as they move through their day.
