MILWAUKEE, WI – Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP, one of Wisconsin’s leading architecture and interior design firms, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its new project for Titletown Brewing Company in Green Bay, Wis.
The 60,000 sq. ft. addition and renovation project involves remodeling the existing classic, industrial buildings at Larsen Green into a production brewery, tap room and retail and commercial space. Additional sections of the complex will also be renovated to accept future occupants. The brewing company is joint venture between SMET Construction Services and Titletown Brewing Company together as DDL Holdings, LLC, and the project is part of an effort to redevelop a key section of downtown Green Bay.
“At capacity, the new brewery will be one of the largest privately held breweries in Wisconsin. With weekly brewery tours and space to accommodate roughly 185 people, the Titletown Campus will be a true destination in downtown Green Bay.”
