CSI CCCA | Construction AdministrationWith more than 30 years at PRA, Steve has worn many different hats serving PRA’s clients. Steve is a Senior Construction Administrator, Specifications Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and an Associate in PRA’s Construction Administration Department. His responsibility includes conducting regular site visits, ensuring the construction documents are being followed, writing and assisting other teams with specifications, and continuously updating the firm’s master specifications. He also leads our Quality Assurance team and our in-house QA review process. He finds it rewarding when he can see how a project sequences together with the right materials in the right configuration. Out of everything he does, his passion lies in providing unambiguous documents to ensure that clients are receiving what they want.
Steve also thrives on guiding young staff and developing educational opportunities for all. As a valued mentor at PRA, Steve uses his knowledge and wisdom gained from more than three decades of experience to educate others in constructability issues, the art of detailing, how to effectively use drawings and specifications to communicate design intent to the contractors. When he isn’t traveling from site to site, Steve is at home in Oconomowoc spending time with his family.
