Scott A. Kramer
AIA NCARB |“I want to be different than my predecessors. I want to continue to build upon the foundation that has been PRA since 1935, but I want to take PRA to the next level and make it better for the staff, clients, and everyone else we work with.”
For over 34 years, Scott has dedicated his career to PRA and has gained a wide array of client and project experience. His primary goal has always been to provide his clients with outstanding architectural services and ensure that the PRA staff feels encouraged to succeed in their careers and on every project. When it came time to elect a new managing partner in 2019, Scott was the unanimous choice.
In his new position, his philosophy has not changed. He believes to achieve outstanding client results it must start with great staff, a wonderful workplace, and a healthy internal culture. If you walk into our office today, you will feel the unity that Scott brings with his leadership as he encourages every staff member to challenge themselves and their project teams to bring creativity, ingenuity, and pride to each project.
In addition to his new responsibilities, Scott still makes time to take on projects and work with clients. He enjoys the unique challenges his clients present, and he feels rewarded when the culmination of his efforts transforms into lasting and innovative solutions. He takes every opportunity to understand the clients on a professional and personal level to cultivate lasting relationships and project success.
