Russell Owens

Russ is a veteran in the construction world, having amassed over 40 years of experience. He is a key representative in our Madison office acting as a Senior Construction Administrator for clients and PRA during the construction process on job sites.

Russ has always had a fascination with the building and design process, so pursuing it as a career was a natural choice. As a construction administrator, his responsibility is to navigate through the obstacles that arise during construction. This means he must ensure the contractors are using the right materials, codes and standards are satisfied, and the project is within budget and on time. He is proud when he can help his clients attain their goals for their designed space.

Russ enjoys being a Senior Construction Administrator, but his true passion lies in preserving the neighborhood fabric of cities and historical buildings. He fears that as things become more commercialized those treasures will cease to exist, so he advocates and works towards safeguarding those buildings.
