Justine Sieber
AIA, NCARB | Senior Living, ResidentialJustine discovered her love of architecture at the University of Illinois. She was inspired by the concept of taking a creative vision and turning it into a physical environment. Today, Justine is a Project Architect and Associate at Plunkett Raysich Architects, specializing in Senior Living and Multifamily residential design. As a Project Architect, she manages a project from the early planning stages through to the construction of a building. She acts as a liaison between the client and consultants, translating their needs, goals, and vision into clear and concise construction documents.
Justine has dedicated her career to collaborating with clients to make their visions a reality. She thrives on weaving the diverse wants, missions, and needs of clients into a design that achieves their vision while also creating welcoming and comfortable living environments. Justine finds inspiration everywhere, especially from her client’s aspirations and excitement during projects. Their infectious passion ignites innovative solutions and creative design.
Justine enjoys working in the senior living studio because she finds it rewarding to create spaces that ease the daily obstacles of caregivers while simultaneously providing a safe, warm, and comfortable home for residents. From small changes to large ones, Justine knows the positive impact that good design can have on someone’s daily life. She also finds it to be an honor and an important responsibility to design environments for our more vulnerable population.
