Plexus Global Headquarters
Neenah, WIThe new Plexus Global Headquarters is the anchor of a major urban renewal project in downtown Neenah. From historic Main Street, the building echoes the industrial past, providing a strong anchor to the surrounding context. The glass facades and red perforated brises soleil facing Little Lake Butte des Mortes reflect the technological focus of Plexus Corporation and the future of Neenah.
Read moreOn the interior, the exposed steel structure, polished concrete floors, and natural color palette reflect the clients’ desire for a refined but relaxed aesthetic. Floors are organized around a central hub featuring a monumental stair, coffee bars and break areas over-looking the Fox River. The result is a state-of-the-art office building that expresses the cutting edge nature of Plexus’ business while enforcing the culture of the company.

The lunchroom is designed to accommodate catered lunches, large social/work gatherings, or traditional employee dining. The space features outdoor seating with views of the surrounding area
